The Strings are an alternative rock band who put artistic voice and sonic exploration as the guiding light for music. They look to see how sounds can help support their songwriting to resonate something in the very core of listeners. Formed in Phoenix, The Strings came together over a shared love of music, as well as loving the same bands. From their debut EP “An Abundance of Caution,” the Strings have always sought to create music as an experience, to arrest people wherever they are in their lives. In the new singles “The Light / Promise Me, they look to continue to form each song as a unique work in its own right that takes people on an auditory journey to the place that is fundamental to all humans. As The Strings see it, music is a tradition that stems back millennia as a way to connect people, and they seek to carry that communal torch that is the most human form of communication and expression.
